・Seats can be used for up to 2 hours.If you arrive later than your reservation, we may not be able to secure two hours for you as there may be other reservations waiting.

・We cannot accept gifts during the Christmas period.(Please understand that if there are a large number of requests for storage, we may not have enough space to store the items or we may not be able to deliver them at the time you wish.)
